Returns & Refunds Policy

I am so confident that you will love your purchase, however if it doesn’t meet your expectations then I am happy to accept returns as long as it is received in perfect condition within 14 days of purchasing.

Please note that return postage is not included. I will refund when my artwork is received.

Delivery Policy

Orders are sent out using Royal Mail 48hr delivery service.

Please allow 2-4 days for processing your order.

For’ personalised coaster orders’ Please allow 3-5 days processing.  If you need your order sooner please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your needs. You will receive an email to let you know when your order has been sent out.
